This is kickoff for April’s 30 day challenge, which for me, is giving up caffeine. Of all of the challenges I have planned for the year, this is the one I’m least enthused about and most doubtful that I’ll continue after 30 days.

Over the course of the month, I’ll track my biometric data (resting heart rate, blood pressure, sleep score) as well as anecdotal observations of my productivity and mood. At the end of 30 days, I’ll decide if there was any benefit to going caffeine-free.
