This is the week #3 update for April’s 30 day challenge, which for me, is giving up caffeine. It’s actually been almost 4 weeks since I started my no caffeine journey, and I’ve hit my limit with this challenge.
Over the course of the month, I’ll track my biometric data (resting heart rate, blood pressure, sleep score) as well as anecdotal observations of my productivity and mood. At the end of 30 days, I’ll decide if there was any benefit to going caffeine-free.
