I’ve often mentioned on this channel that when I have a snack attack, I’m not especially interested in sweets. Instead, I go for the core ingredients in a charcuterie tray: cheese, nuts, and olives.
In this video, I share with you a keto-fied version of marinated olives that my wife and I had on a charcuterie tray at the Spring City Wine Bar in Waukesha, WI. Big thanks to them for sharing the recipe with me.
I believe this marinade could also work well as either a marinade or sauce for chicken or pork, or it could be used as a vinaigrette on a salad.
