Burgers are one of the few foods I could probably eat every day and there is nothing better than a juicy, flavor packed burger that eyes roll back into your head as you make “yummy” noises.

In this video, I first show you how to make your own burger meat that is way more flavorful and considerably cheaper than anything you’ll find in the grocery store.

Next, I show you how to create a super-savory “umami bomb” powder that can be added to burger meat, used as a rub on steaks, or used to amp up the flavor on soups, stews, sauces, and gravies.

You can do either of these things to create a better burger, but when you combine the two, you’re in for a beefy flavor explosion like you’ve probably never experienced.
