It seems every little cooking technique now days gets treated like a “viral hack”. This particular technique, which has been showing up in my news feed a lot lately, is not actually new. It was demonstrated by French chef, Roger Verges in his 1979 cookbook.
In this video, I try out the technique of added wine vinegar both to over easy / fried eggs as well as to scrambled eggs to see what impact it would have.
