CarbMaster Low Carb Dinner Rolls Review and Glucose / Ketone Testing

I have gotten a LOT of requests to review the roll/bun products from CarbMaster. CarbMaster doesn’t market their products as “keto”, but I’m still curious if they could fit into a ketogenic / low carb way of eating.

In addition to my review of the taste and texture of these rolls, I will also be testing my glucose using a Dexcom G7 continuous glucose monitor (see link below for Levels Health) and my ketones using a Keto Mojo (link below).
