In this video, Terry (my non-keto wife) and I try out two keto strawberry jams and two keto orange marmalades. Is there a clear winner?
Full disclosure: I did experience a roughly 20 point rise in glucose from this review. 30 points or higher is generally considered a “spike”, which this was not. The Levels Health app that I use with my Dexcom G6 categorizes this as a “gentle rise”. It’s worth noting as well that I had at least two tablespoons worth of the four jams/marmalades in addition to the biscuits.
