On an almost daily basis, some sort of bacon article shows up in my Google news feed. It seems everyone feels their method of making bacon is the best. One of the most common “hacks” that shows up is dredging the slices in flour to make the ultimate crispy bacon.

Since flour isn’t an option for keto, I try a number of other low carb alternatives, including whey protein isolate, lupini flour, bamboo fiber, UnbelievaFlour, Keto Chow and EverCrisp. Are any of these worth your time or money?
